To enrich your data catalogue even further, OvationData’s online data catalog/database services can be integrated with a GIS mapping interface. This enables you to browse and view geographically indexed data and select and download data through a secure web portal. Viewing your data spatially allows searching for data not just with simple queries, it is visual and intuitive, easy and fun.

Depending on your specific infrastructure capabilities, files can be downloaded directly to the end user. For larger data sets, the user can add products to a work order for delivery of the data. Delivery could be in the form of physical media – i.e. copies of the data on transportable media – or in the form of electronic delivery through secure ftp.

The GIS browser can be used to view and order geographically indexed seismic data (for example by survey or basin). The application is designed to run securely over the internet and is suitable for deployment across multiple organizational divisions operating in spatially diverse locations. Physical storage of the data can be centralized or distributed between organizational divisions at any one of OvationData’s offices around the world.
