Ovation Data Services, Inc. to acquire Large Storage Solutions, Ltd.

 HOUSTON, Texas - 11 June 2001 - Ovation Data Services announced today it has signed a letter of intent to purchase Large Storage Solutions, Ltd. (LSSL) of Oxford, UK. Ovation Data Services is a leading provider of digital asset management, preservation and storage systems.

    The purchase reflects Ovation Data Services’ ongoing commitment to providing customers with a complete data storage solution and asset management system.  The company focuses on the customer’s data management needs and uses top of the line components to build an integrated turnkey storage system that includes installation, training and on-going technical support.

    Pending board approval, the transaction is scheduled for completion by the end of this month. The company will operate as Ovation Data Services, Inc., UK - Data Storage Division, with Dahnpaul as Managing Director responsible for the continued expansion into European marketplace.
