 Ovation Data Services Is Appointed As

The First Master Systems Integrator

To Distribute Sony-branded SAIT Products in the USA

HOUSTON, TX, April 7, 2003 – Ensuing last week’s announcement about Ovation Data Services, Inc.’s (Ovation) purchase of Sony’s new PetaSite® SAIT-based mass storage tape library, the Data Storage Division (DSD) of Ovation today announced it has contracted with Sony to be their first Master Systems Integrator for Sony-branded SAIT products. Under this agreement, Ovation will be the first master VAR/SI for new-generation Sony-branded SAIT tapes, drives, and libraries to value-added-resellers (VARs) and systems integrators in the USA.
