Ovation Data Services, Inc. supplied Systems, Software,
and Services have been evaluated and should be classified under the status
of "No Date Related Processing". (Exceptions to follow
below.) Products which do No Date Related Processing ("NDRP")
are considered to be Compliant.
Compliance may be based upon the finds and statements
from that respected product/software vendor.
Overall assessment has been based upon all primary or
critical systems, software, services, and vendors. Internally, Ovation
Data Services, Inc. should not be effected by the problems associated with
the Year 2000. We are confident that Ovation will be well positioned
to make a successful transition into the new millennium.

Ovation Data Services, Inc. - Omni-8000 VME/PC Based Transcription
Systems
All VME systems with PDOS ver 4.2 or greater and All PC
systems since 1996 should be deemed compliant based upon vendor compliance
and that No Date Related Processing is performed. Systems prior to
these dates are not supported and may not be compliant.
PetaSTAR™ Solution
All primary items incorporated within the PetaSTAR™
solution are/or will be Vendor Compliant by the end of 1998.
