Most organizations working with large amounts of digital data have the same problem: the data is spread across multiple storage locations, in different formats, owned by different teams, and tagged inconsistently, if at all. Knowing what exists, finding a specific file, and moving files between locations can all be difficult, if not impossible.
Showcase indexes files where they live, generates metadata and previews, and exposes everything through a single secure browser interface. Your team searches, previews, and (depending on the subscription tier) moves copies of files from one approved location to another.
